Ralph Flying

Here are some pictures of Ralph flying and what he gets to see up there. The last Mountain picture is from the Mts. across the street from us. I've actually been to the highest one. One is of the Tetons and another is of snowmobile tracks on another Mt.

Easter

We went to go see the Easter Bunny and do an Easter egg hunt on Saturday. Raf got quite a few. Skylar had 3 and gave one to a little boy who didn't have any. Raf took off to find them before the bell rang and we had to call him back. They had fun on Easter day finding eggs. We had about 70 hinden and their baskets were in the dryer and shower. We had a great dinner. Our friends, Ralph's Dad and my Mom and Stepdad were all their. We had a full house.

Moved In!!!

We moved into our house this past weekend. It is WONDERFUL! I hate to leave the house. We still have some unpacking and arranging to do, but who cares... I love it! The kids love not having any furniture in the living room so they can drive their trucks all over. The animals are still adapting. Raven, our lab, still runs down to the old house when we aren't home since it is only a mile away. We need to break her of that. Remember we are only 2 hours from Yellowstone if anyone is going out there anytime. Stop by and see us!!!!

Happy Valentine's Day

We were hoping to be in our new house by now, but no luck. We were actually hoping to be in by Christmas but obviously that didn’t happen. They put the carpet in last Tuesday! Too bad it was the wrong kind. It was a green bur bur and I ordered a brown regular kind. Whatever. Oh well. We have had a bad couple of weeks around the valley here, a lot of tragedy. We are all hoping for spring to come soon, but it doesn't look like it is going too. Raf is now 3 1/2. I can't believe it. When he wants me to do something he tells me his is still my baby boy. He has me wrapped tight. Skylar is such a talker and an eater. She ate seven small pancakes for breakfast yesterday and her big brother only ate a half. He isn't going to be the bigger one much longer I'm afraid. She says thank you and please all the time. Too too cute.
Everyone have a wonderful Valentine's day and eat lots of chocolate.

Christmas

We had a very white and wonderful Christmas. Raf watched out the window for Santa and Rudolph. The kids were of course spoiled. Raf's favorite toys he got are his big tonka trucks, but he loves everything. Even Skylar's stuff. Skylar likes the tunnel and tent that Uncle D and Aunt Nicole got them. Mostly she likes doing whatever Raf is. We got lots of fresh snow before and after Christmas. The new house is just about done being painted. Hopefully not too much longer.

Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We are having a fun time. Our friends from Iowa are out visiting. The kids are all having fun together. They have a girl about Raf's age and a boy about Skylar's age. The Dads are out hunting trying to get our friend a cow elk. No luck yet. All they can find now are bulls. Go figure.
Ralph got his pilots license last weekend. He went to Kansas and took his test. He had to stall the plane and then recover and land it with the engine off. I'm just glad he told me all that stuff after he was on the ground.
Our house is supposed to be getting painted this coming week!!!!! Finally.
